The hubs and I went to hang out and have a few beers. He ended up in a pool tournament lol. Cool vibe for our kind of people. We’ll go back when we don’t Florida again.
I love this place, is it perfect? No, is it elegant? No but it IS fun, cozy, and excepting of ALL types of genders and identifications. I visit here on average of 2 nights a week fully dressed (CD) and have never felt out of place, disrespected or not welcome. What I love is everyone seems to respect everyone weather they are their “type” or not. The drag shows are amazing for a small town place and draw a pretty good crowd. Best $5 of entertainment in Pensacola! Monthly theme nights are a blast! See picture and the second Saturday’s are Leather and Denim night followed by the Live DJ night, rarely miss. The drink prices are standard and 90% of the time- made right and strong, the way they should be. Bar staff “bust their Azz” to keep up with the crowd. The Operations crew are effective and tireless to get the job done. Not to mention funny and accommodating. The outside deck is cozy and intimate lighted. Bottom line is everyone from the Bear masculine to the Crossdressed Fem will enjoy what I call my home away from home. If only they played more 80s and 90s music. The viewed average crowd age would match it. Take one of those unused Saturdays a month (last one for example) and make it a “Retro night” 80s etc. I’m betting when the word got out it would be a popular attraction.
The Roundup is my "go-to" place for playing pool and partying with people. Newly renovated (within the last 6 months), it's now non-smoking inside, but the outside deck and courtyard are fabulous, and both offer plenty of seating options for groups or individuals! It's where I take all of my visitors, family, and friends. The drag shows never fall to entertain, Friday night bingo is always fun with Monica Hart at the helm, and you'll not meet a bartender there who doesn't enjoy their job and the people who make it an adventure! There's no food available, but there are restaurants within walking distance, and the drinks are an affordable heavy pour.
No stars for food, I didn’t know they had any. If it was anything like the staff and crowd, it had to be awesome. I enjoyed every aspect. Joined my son and my daughter-in-law there. They were trying to show me a good time. They did so-so, but the patrons and staff did that. I’m pretty much a homebody but will definitely be returning. I gotta see what this BINGO is all about!!! GOOD drinks, GOOD people, GOOD fun. Next time I’ll try the food.
Theres no food here but it's a great place for LGBT people. We went during a sin Saturday so it was very kink friendly. Alcohol is fairly cheap cover charge is cheap. They had a ramp and the bathrooms were large so if you needed more accessibility this place was nicer. There's plenty of seating and pool tables.
